Terms of Service

Neatyx operates as a technology marketplace that facilitates connections between customers seeking cleaning services and independent cleaning professionals offering those services. Neatyx is not a cleaning company and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any cleaning service. All cleaning professionals on the Neatyx platform are independent contractors who set their own schedules and methods of work. Neatyx is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any cleaning professional.

Through the Neatyx platform, customers can browse cleaning service types, receive instant pricing estimates, select a preferred date and time, and book a cleaning session. All pricing shown on the platform is an estimate based on the information provided. Final charges may vary if actual conditions differ from what was described. Most cleaning services (Deep Clean, Move-in/Move-out, Post-Construction, and Airbnb Turnover) are performed by a team of 2 professional cleaners. Basic Clean for small homes (up to 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom) is performed by 1 cleaner by default, with an option to add a 2nd cleaner for faster service. Office Clean always includes 2 cleaners. By placing a booking, you authorize Neatyx to charge the payment method provided for the total amount, including service fees, taxes, and any applicable surcharges.

To ensure service quality and accountability, cleaning professionals are required to take photos of each cleaned area upon completing a service. These completion photos serve as proof that the service was performed. As a customer, you will have access to view these completion photos in your booking details after the service is marked as completed. The photos are used solely for internal service verification, quality assurance, and dispute resolution purposes. Neatyx does not share, sell, or distribute these photos to any third party. Photos are stored securely and may be retained for a reasonable period for record-keeping and dispute resolution. By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and viewing of these service verification photos related to your property.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers are charged at the time of booking. Tips are optional and 100% of tip amounts go directly to the cleaning professional(s). Neatyx charges a platform service fee that is included in the displayed price. Applicable state and local taxes (currently 7% for Orlando, FL) are added to the subtotal. A weekend surcharge of 10% may apply for bookings scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge within 30 minutes of placing it. After this window, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee — only 50% of the booking total will be refunded. If a cleaning professional cancels or is unavailable, Neatyx will make reasonable efforts to assign a replacement. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be provided. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Neatyx provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or timeliness of cleaning services performed by independent contractors. Neatyx's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question. Neatyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services obtained through it.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Neatyx platform shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
