How does Neatyx work?
Search by ZIP code or your current location, compare cleaner profiles with their own prices and reviews, message them with questions, and book directly. You choose who cleans your home.
How much does it cost?
Neatyx charges customers zero platform fees. You pay the cleaner's listed price plus estimated state sales tax — the price you see is the price you pay.
When am I charged? Is my money safe?
You pay when you book, but your money is held securely in escrow — it is not sent to the cleaner. It is only released after the job is done and you confirm. If the cleaner declines or cancels, you get an automatic refund.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
You're covered by the Neatyx Guarantee: request a free re-clean and your payment stays held while the issue is open. If it still isn't resolved, you can escalate to Neatyx.
Are cleaners verified?
Yes. Every cleaner verifies a government ID before going live, their payout account is verified by Stripe, and reviews come only from real completed bookings.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest and claim your account later.
Can I book recurring cleanings?
Yes — you can set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.
Can I tip my cleaner?
Yes, you can add a tip after the job. 100% of the tip goes to the cleaner.
What areas does Neatyx serve?
Neatyx is available nationwide across the US. Availability depends on the cleaners in your ZIP code — if there are none near you yet, leave your email and we'll let you know when one joins.
What languages does Neatyx support?
Neatyx is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole.

How much does it cost to join Neatyx?
Joining is free. The first 50 cleaners to publish their profile get Neatyx free for life as part of the Founding 50.
How much of each job do I keep?
You keep 96% of every job. The 4% only covers card processing — Neatyx takes no commission. Tips are 100% yours.
How and when do I get paid?
The client pays upfront and the money is held securely. After you complete the job and the client confirms — or automatically after 3 days — your share is transferred to your Stripe account, with the bank deposit typically arriving within a couple of business days.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your own prices, choose which services you offer, and control your working hours and service area.
What do I need to get started?
Your contact details, a profile photo, a government ID, and a Stripe payout account. You can add the photo and ID later from your dashboard.
When does my profile go live?
Your profile can go live once you've added your services, availability, profile photo, government ID, and Stripe payouts. You publish it yourself from your dashboard.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. If you decline, the client is automatically refunded and helped to rebook. Keep in mind that frequent declines can affect your visibility in search.
What is Turbo?
Turbo is an optional $14.90/month upgrade that gives you featured placement at the top of local search results plus extra decline tolerance.
Am I an employee of Neatyx?
No. You work as an independent contractor — you run your own business on your own terms.
